Where to set my promise level？ My Control Panel->My XWallet->Set Penalty Level. Over there, you can add funds, check your Xtoken balance and set your promise level. 2. What is the benefit of setting my own promise level？ Service Providers:     a. For Service providers, you could take advantage of setting your promise levels in order to show your customers that they can trust you and book their time with you.     b.Xianbuzhu Search Engine will rank those with promise levels first. The higher promise level selected, the higher rankings. This will dramatically increase service providers' marketing exposures.     c.When service providers require students to have a promise level, they are also requiring students to have enough Xtokens as a deposit to book their classes. This may help service providers to collect fees after the service. Customers:     By setting your promise levels, you may increase your availability to choose more classes because some teachers may like to ask for your promise level to book their time. 3. How many promise levels？ There are three promise levels in total：     Promise Level 1, You will be marked as “I keep promises”，for each absence, there will be a penalty of 25 Xtokens.     Promise Level 2, You will be marked as “I keep promises most of the times”, for each absence, there will be a penalty of 50 Xtokens.     Promise Level 3, You will be marked as “I keep promises all the times”, for each absence, there will be a penalty of 100 Xtokens. Users can set their promise levels whenever they want. 4. What is the connection between setting promise levels with my Xtoken account？ For those who choose to set their promise levels greater than 1, your Xtoken account has a minimum requirement of having 100 xtokens. 5. How does the absentee penalty work？ Absentee penalty is executed only for the first three reservations made for each class per each user. When a teacher misses a class without any notification beforehand, the student can give the teacher an absent record and a penalty will be given according to the promise level set by the teacher. If the student misses a class without any notification beforehand and if the student also set his/her promise level, the xianbuzhu system will give the student a penalty according to the student's promise level settings. 6. Can I plea for my penalty? Yes, you can. Within 72 hours of missing a class, a penalty-given teacher should initiate an apology to the student and explain his/her reasons clearly. When he forgives the teacher, the student can ask xianbuzhu customer support to delete the absence record and refund the penalty amount. 7. Who is going to own those Xtoken penalties? Absentee penalties all belong to xianbuzhu.com. 8. Do you have any suggestions for helping me to keep my time? 1. Xianbuzhu system will automatically send you emails 24 hours of your service time. This could be helpful to assist you to keep your appointments. In your control panel console->Share section, click on your own email, test and see if you can get service reminder emails from xianbuhzu. 2.
